Return & Refund Policy – Eco-Plex

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If not, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns:

• Products must be returned unused and in original condition.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Returns should be requested in writing via email to info@eco-plex.com. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and confirm eligibility for a refund.

For technical or manufacturing issues, contact us for a warranty claim in line with our supplier Wattuneed’s return conditions.
